Supermoon Digital
Our store is hosted on Supermoon Digital. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored in Supermoon Digital data storage, databases and the general Supermoon Digital application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall which is compliant with our GDPR regulations.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then sage pay or Pay Pal stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only for as long as it’s necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

We operate CCTV for security and health and safety reasons and you may be captured on this CCTV this also extends to our carpark.
Videos
We do take videos and photos in store for use on our website. publications and social media but, unless you have specifically consented, you will never be the sole focus of these images. If you do see an image of yourself which we have taken which you would like removed from the relevant media and stop using, please contact us to let us know using the details set out. Whilst we are recording we will always have signage making the public aware.
